Q&A

Q: Is there an age limit for participating in the Zen Garden Yoga experience?

A: There's no strict age limit, but I'd recommend this experience for adults or teens who are comfortable with yoga. Kids might find it challenging, but if they're interested in yoga, they could definitely enjoy it as long as they're supervised. Just make sure to check with Onthelooselive if you have younger participants in mind!

Q: What should I wear for the Zen Garden Yoga session?

A: Comfortable, breathable clothing is best for the Zen Garden Yoga. Think yoga pants or shorts and a soft top. Don’t forget to bring a light jacket if you’re going early morning or later in the evening since it can get a bit chilly. And make sure to wear layers for hiking if you add that option!

Q: Is the Zen Garden Yoga experience weather-dependent? What if it rains?

A: Yes, the experience can be affected by weather. If it rains, the session may be rescheduled or moved to a more sheltered area. Onthelooselive is pretty flexible with rescheduling, so just reach out to them if the weather looks dicey! They want everyone to have a great time.

Thinking about gifting the Zen Garden Yoga – need some opinions!

I’m looking at the Zen Garden Yoga Bliss Experience in St. George for my sister’s birthday. She loves yoga and outdoor stuff! The views sound unreal, but I'm curious about the actual yoga instructor. Are they good? Also, any tips for booking? I want it to be perfect!

Just did the Zen Garden Yoga Bliss – here’s my review!

Wow, the Zen Garden Yoga was such a beautiful experience! The setting in St. George is just perfect. The instructor was friendly and made everyone feel comfortable, even those of us who were new to yoga. I added the guided hike afterwards, and it was totally worth it! Anyone else done this? What was your favorite part?
