Q&A
A: Honestly, the best time to go is usually spring and early fall. The weather is milder, and the crowds are less intense than in the peak summer months. Just be prepared for possible rain in spring. If you're after fewer people and cooler temps, definitely aim for late September.
A: Great question! The tour is pretty flexible, but they usually suggest that kids be at least 8 years old for the more challenging hikes like The Narrows. The guides can adapt the itinerary based on the group’s needs, so it’s best to check ahead if you have younger kiddos.
A: Definitely wear comfortable hiking shoes! Layers are key since mornings can be cool, but it warms up quickly. A light jacket and moisture-wicking clothes are great. And don’t forget a hat and sunscreen to protect from the sun while you're hiking!

Thinking about gifting the Zion Tour for my partner’s birthday!
Hey everyone! I’m considering getting the Zion National Park Full Day Insider Tour as a birthday gift for my partner. We love hiking and nature, but I’m a bit concerned about how strenuous it might be. We’re both in decent shape, but not super hikers. Can anyone share their experience or tips? What was the best part of the tour for you?
Just got back from the Zion tour and wow!
I just did the Zion National Park Full Day Insider Tour last week and I can’t recommend it enough! We saw The Watchman at sunset and it was breathtaking. Our guide was super knowledgeable and took us to some hidden spots for photos. If you’re on the fence about booking this as a gift, just do it!
