Q&A

Q: Is this bird watching tour suitable for kids?

A: Yes, the tour is great for families! Kids generally love being outdoors and spotting birds. Just be sure they can walk for about 2 hours and can stay quiet while birdwatching. Also, bringing along some binoculars for them would make it even more fun!

Q: What's the best time of year to go on this tour?

A: The best time to go is during spring and early summer when birds are most active. You’ll see lots of migratory species, and the weather is usually nice for a walk. Just check the long-term forecast since storms can pop up!

Q: Is it easy to find parking at Zion for this tour?

A: Parking can be a challenge at Zion, especially during peak tourist season. I'd recommend getting there early or using the shuttle service if it's running. Just check their site for up-to-date info on parking and shuttles for the day you're planning to go.

Thinking about gifting the bird watching tour in Zion National Park

Hey everyone! I’m considering gifting the Limited Edition Bird Watching Tour to my dad for his birthday. He loves nature but has never gone birdwatching before. Do you think this would be a good fit for him? I noticed it’s a slow-paced walk, and I’m hoping he’ll enjoy seeing some cool birds like the Black-Chinned Hummingbird and maybe the Steller’s Jay. Thoughts?

Just did the bird watching tour at Zion - what an experience!

I just got back from the bird watching tour and wow, what a day! We spotted so many birds, including a couple of Abert's Towhees. The guide was friendly and really knew their stuff. I went with a couple of friends, and we had a blast just walking along the Virgin River. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to relax and enjoy nature!
